We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Must be in the original packaging with tags
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Important:
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., Printful items)
  • Personal care items (used beauty or hygiene products)
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order after return approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
